Who we are

Lucky Horse 7 is an independent games and apps studio run by one developer, Waleed, in Saudi Arabia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Lucky Horse 7.

This policy covers the website at luckyhorse7.com. Our games and apps have their own policies:

• Flock Pop privacy policy

• Our other products, such as Linebooth, have their own terms and privacy information.

What we collect

Things you type

Nothing. The website has no forms, no accounts, no comments and no newsletter sign-up.

Your light or dark choice

If you press the light/dark button, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name lh7-theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not a cookie. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Email you send us

If you write to support@luckyhorse7.com or info@luckyhorse7.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We keep messages only as long as we need them for that, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Mail to these addresses is forwarded by our email provider to the inbox we read.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on this website.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not build profiles of visitors or follow you across other websites.

Service providers

Two outside services are involved every time the website loads. Each one handles a small amount of technical data under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can send the page and protect the site from abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser downloads the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it does.

We have not switched on any analytics feature with either provider. These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where personal data leaves the Kingdom, it is only for the purposes described above.

Links to other sites

Once our games are published, this website may link to their app store pages. Those stores have their own privacy policies, and the policy for each game or app explains what it does.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

• know how your personal data is collected and used (this page);
• see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete it when we no longer need it;
• withdraw any consent you gave us.

In practice, the only personal data we could hold about you is email you sent us. To use any of these rights, write to support@luckyhorse7.com from the address you used. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), which oversees the PDPL. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and we will honour the same requests.

Children

The website is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
